    什么时候国内也能有这样的服务

    不得不赞一下Amazon的客服！

    三四个月前，在Amazon上买了一本LINQ的书，40$不到！但是书运送到的时候，发现书有点脏，然后我就写信去投诉了！有点出乎意料的是，收到的回复没有任何我们的企业常见的寻找接口和推卸责任的意思，100%的承担责任和道歉。并同意我换一本或者返还20%的货款。

    上个月，在Amazon上逛的时候，瞎点八点的就加入了它的那个Prime Membership了，扣了我79$！上个礼拜发现这是，就写信去要求退出这个Club！晚上10点写的信，12点就收到它们的回复说同意退出，全额退款！相反的是，我们去退个火车票还是收你20%的手续费
